Times are tough as it is, but I’ve never seen a bunch of people that are slowing the work down and hurting their very own company more than the middle managers at 2U. It’s like they fell down from Mars or something, only caring about their ego and doing things their way, with no connection to the way things really stand. I think it would be a breath of fresh air in these tough times if the company would get rid of these clueless managers, and put people that know a thing or two about the business in those positions.
