I just heard the SVP of Telesales, after 20 years with the firm, resigned today from ADP and is going to Ceridian. Sign of bigger things?

Ultimate or Ceridian are going to own the HCM market in a few years with ADP's current staffing policies. Permanent layoffs and laying off the veteran employees first is driving down quality, which is driving down client satisfaction, which is driving down sales.
Besides, both of those companies have better products.
That guy was awful. There are at least a dozen more SVP's that need to go, immediately.
Many of ADP's executives are now working at Fiserv. You can see many of them via LinkedIn.
Jumping to a more stable company.
