Thread regarding Universal Technical Institute Inc. layoffs

Upper management don't learn by their mistakes

It appears to me upper management don't learn by their mistakes. I see they have hired another financial officer. Problem is these people are not productive people. As long as I worked their they have always been top heavy. Instructors are treated like second rate citizens. The Campus presidents are a revolving door. The good ones leave and the bad ones stay. They have priced themselves out of the market. Their competition is JR colleges. They are much cheaper and you leave with a degree. It does take longer. Management has always said they wanted our input which we would give but it always went into one ear and through the other. Home office is the reason these problems.

Perfectly stated, @10VO2yMT-4chz.

Awesome. Have fun in FY2020.
Too bad, I really enjoyed my time there. That was when they were private though. Still have alot of friends just waiting it out. I feel bad for them.
