It seems like every week i’m Getting more and more farewell emails. People are leaving the organization left and right out of free will. No new headcount is opening to replace these people....
Can anyone else relate ?

Goodbye Alex Atzberger, Head of CX
New ERP era - no Bill, no Mark Hurd
Heard of another colleague who just passed away in Manila. Under 50 years old! Tragic!
Heard of so many stories of “high performance” employees who win awards then go on to have cancer the next year, running with sales bag to the point of miscarriage, sudden death before 50 years old. It’s a good idea to leave a sinking ship then to go down with it.
If Google is hiring all the ex SAP people GCP will start to sink. Enterprise and Google just don't go together, Google culture and values are anti-enterprise and just throwing a bunch of SAP people in the mix isn't going to solve that.
Karma !
Workday less expensive? Would like to see that...
Sales expectations are off the charts. 50% of my sales team will be gone at the end of this quarter. Hence, it is impossible to meet new quota's set by leadership. The writing is on the wall for all seasoned Account Executives. Good luck on your early, pearly talents filling these jobs and meeting quota.
Great news!!! It looks like SAP has still very marketable talents with lots of options….
yes I can relate
if I am sales person I will also resign. the product s—s, customers are upset and demanding, presales only want to selectively support deals that are closing, customers find Workday, Salesforce, Coupa cheaper. And even if I manage to close the deal, I may not get compensated due to license trade ins and recognition of deals.
I have more SAP employees contacting me in these 2 weeks than last 6 months asking for job openings
The fact that deserted positions aren‘t refilled is the entire intention of the 2019 restructuring - effort and investment intending to reroute headcount from yesterdays activities to SAPs future growth areas.
Given the margin pressure on Bill it would be wise to NOT hire ANY ‚fresh talent‘ for the next couple of quarters in order to see the positive effect of the restructuring on the non-IFRS/operational results.
Google is snapping up every SAP person they can, they are throwing money at them to try and prop up their non existent enterprise customer base. SAP seems to be in the a downward spiral with nobody actually at the helm. I guess the activist investor is running things now.
