I'm not trying to be funny - I'm asking honestly. Ricoh has changed a lot in the past several years, to the point I'm no longer happy here. I've been wanting to leave for a while now, but the idea of a severance package is too enticing to just up and quit.
If there was a way to volunteer, I'd jump at it. I'm in my 40s, so the latest batch of voluntary separations missed me.
Is there a way to get my name on that list?
