Whiting is going bankrupt. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it.

What Holly is doing is promoting young, ambitious mangers, as a way to make loyal friends. Once Whiting shuts down, the young, ambitious managers will be hired elsewhere. Old, close to retirement age workers will not. Holly will use these young managers as a way to get hired into another company.

This goes for Holly and also his other buddies. They become 'best friends' with the young so the young will be fooled into thinking they are great guys. The young find a way to get Holly and his buddies in at a new company.

I have seen this happen before. This is not some type of conspiracy theory. This does happen.

Do you guys Realize since Holly took over for Volker he has laid off over 400 people from Whiting , for a guy who was always telling us he expects the best maybe he should remember another stupid story he bragged himself up on about the Keys, Maybe is should have been the other way around maybe we should have expected more out of our CEO instead the only idea he could come up with is lay people off. But when all you are is a a– grabbing freak what do you expect from a CEO

Holly will seek another CEO job after running Whiting to the ground.

He is only in his 40s, he will want to work again.
He will make millions and look for millions more.

when this is over Holly and his pals will walk away with millions and never have to work again.

When this is over holly and his pals are going to have a lot of stink on them.
