BCOM made a serious mistake when it pushed CA services and support out to HCL.
The don't want to make the same mistake again. Does anyone have the headcount for these groups?

Enterprise consulting will probably be sold, just like CA Services.
I'm not aware of BCOM believing that selling CA Services was a mistake. BCOM expect every BU to deliver 50% profit margins. Professional Services companies/divisions deliver much less than that. So not of interest to BCOM and sold off. But still the "preferred partner".
As previous poster said, CA Support was kept in-house. I expect same to happen with you guys.
2000 that's Rich's org.
Broadcom kept the CA Support, although it was heavily cut. CA Services did not have the revenue that Hock Tan was looking for, so it was offloaded to HCL. Those that went to HCL, kept the same conditions including their car, so the ones that I have contact with seem ok with the move and none of them wanted to come back to Broadcom under Support.
I'm fairly happy working under Broadcom as the annual bonus for my grade is 20% of my annual salary with a chance to get up to 150% payouts based on company and division results. The amount given in rsu's are life changing. I work completely uninterrupted and can focus on my support tickets without having silly projects.
Looking at the full DL for that BU...about 2000.
