The rumor of not meeting requirements and still being offered are true. I dont meet one part, but was later asked if VSP was given anyway, would I take it.

Of course you waive right to CoC if take VSP. You can’t double dip. They can’t fire you if you voluntarily leave and the VSP = CoC for practical purposes.
If you take the VSP, does that waive your right to the COC?

Also there is a rumor floating around that you can volunteer for VSP if you don’t meet the age minimum. I’m guessing if true your proximity to 40, years service, and what asset you’re currently working will all be part of the approval process...
Also not working WES it seems. At the end it has to be approved also, so not so straightforward exercise.
