Thread regarding Menards layoffs

I joined Menards last year after 10+ years with Lowes. I can tell you that this is a much better company and they pay attention on their workers much more than Lowes. Menards managers are better but the company is much smaller and that is sometimes a problem. I think Menards has a ton of space to grow.
