Layoffs continue unabated in North America. They are being done in a slow trickle as the work is all offshored in Service Delivery.
Already staff who matter(techies) have left the company.
No new hires joining, net headcount gone down drastically,
Cant admit that syntel acquisition is big blunder, shareholders will put law suit.
Can only blabber and tinker with numbers and show all is well in sinking ship.
Well, considering the entire reason for the Syntel acquisition was to increase the footprint in America, yes, it's "better".
