The way things have been going lately, we have been constantly scrutinized and criticized - to the point I'm now worried that might have been an intro for something.
I might be simply paranoid, but judging from conversations I've had with some of my colleagues, I'm not the only one who is worried.
Any ideas on what might be going on?
I feel the same way. This is making me very very nervous. Celgene is just outperforming us with R&D accomplishments that I'm afraid they are going to prefer their folks over us. And especially with Vessey coming in from Celgene - how much is he going to have a say in the decisions on layoffs when it comes to redundancy in R&D in terms of layoff decisions at the sub-manager levels? How will it work? Would love anyone's insight into this.
