I heard upper management recently asked a FL sup to fly to CA for the sole purpose of putting those reps on discipline...... watch out Cali reps! U have been warned
Best thing they ever did for me letting me go. There is life after ftr believe it or not. The hardest part of my 26 yrs was the last yrs and a half when ftr took over.
Read your emails! One had their going away party today (food was great btw!), the second made it official and an email was sent this afternoon, and the third is about to make it official any day...
