Anyone else confused on if APC midstream employees are going to be WES or OXY? Seems like they want to keep us OXY till the change of control is no longer viable. One integration meeting says your paycheck will say WES and the next says it's going to be OXY?

The lack of transparency is maddening. WES would have to show that keeping it would be more valuable than selling it. It almost looks like they are going to do a short term experiment. My gut feeling is it is being organized to sell, but that’s my opinion.
