I heard 120 ppl. 15 in DMS, the rest in UC.
I agree, I won't document my job. Management doesn't have a clue how we do our jobs. Why would I give them a guide so they can give my job to a robot or outsource out of the country.
I hope I get fired at this point. Why you ask? Because our processes are in no way documented and they are clearly asking us to start documenting (i.e. writing guides) on what we do so they can transfer our positions to Makati or wherever in the Phillipines. Nope. Not gonna do it. That way when my team and I are all let go, clients will literally be without a contact at West for their requests. Violating a contract like that could seriously have some repercussions on ole John and his boy's stocks.
heard of a couple people getting rehired through a contractor... people that were only laid off a month or so ago...
I am not teaching anyone the one off tasks I complete daily, and taking them on like crazy....if they escort me to the door- they will have to figure it out on their own.
