We have been told repeatedly that the product is all sold. Having to work mandatory overtime for two years to build inventory is what I see. Our quarterly bonuses have really taken a dump with goals that are impossible to hit? Just about everyone that hasn't been fired by our outstanding team of bosses have been looking for ways out. Definitely not the plant we used to be.

To many Managers that Don’t have Management Experience. They never get together and work as a team to fix problems. They take the weekend off . And we work.
