Thread regarding Teradata Corp. layoffs

49.28 on 3/1/19 to 33+ today

Oliver, Mark, Martin, Vic and TDC Board of Directors

Let's hear you spin that for the positive.

If you are really keeping score, you are losing! When will changes be made at the C-Levels?

When they change things the results get worse. Just hope they don't ThinkBig again. Or go with something dumbbig similar to Aprimo - what was that a billion down the tubes.

Sad to say, this company has no future. They are late in elasticity and late in cloud and late out consulting sourcing. But one thing for sure not late in keeping upper management happy and hiring numb nuts at C-level. They all love to hide in their caves and push down on their people.

ViC , OR, and KT keep riding the shiny pole and keep filling your pockets with Benjamin and keep screwing your employees.

CEO performance should be linked to the stock price. A steep decline in the price should require a reduction in CEO compensation.

Does anyone think they care?

Nothing's going to happen until the Board-of-Cronies/Directors is removed. The Board is complicit in the poor C-Level population. Too many cronies in management as well.

“It’s what we are seeing in the market” -Vic

I love the non GAAP explanations during these calls, very comical.
