Meeting in Fort Wayne tomorrow mandatory for everyone. They are bringing 2 people from Indy to cover production put always so it won’t be a quick meeting. National HR manager coming along side National Supply Chain Manager this time. So we expected 60 day notices for some tomorrow even though we were told in June the last time National Supply Chain Manager came layer pick and hand pick would increase and that is why all jobs in Fort Wayne or a high percentage of them were expected to be safe. We have been on mandatory overtime since April so they likely only told us this to keep everyone through these increased order before transitions to warehousing.

so this means if im in michigan were f—ed on product being on time ill just order ahead and get my stuff all on the same truck
They are trimming down warehouse to 17 people the rest can possibly transfer to production or take a severance they are going to fully utilize the PB cold storage facility in Woodburngoing to a 2-2-3 12 hr shift to align with production
Was this the production side, WH side or both?
Fair, I stand corrected!
We were told in June since we were a production facility no one would lose their job and if anyone it would be minimal. We were told us, Bakersfield and Laurel would not be losing jobs. No one in Fort Wayne was even given a package in May.
How did they lie?? Back in May they gave us papers..... If you look at your Package it has a November date on it?? Did you think they were joking?
Update everyone was offer packages today were done in November. We were lied to in June. We were given the option to leave for the day first and second shift or we could stay and work because they were going to be generous with real recognition points F off.
Prediction.
All districts that that get shuttles out of Fort Wayne will starting their routes late Wednesday through Friday.
