If 250 took early retirement some big servance packages must have been paid. Don’t know the price per head paid by Williams, would not be surprised if it is 75K and they still make money. My guess that leaves another 250 on the block if 43 mm is the total cost Williams will pay to “enhance” their profits. Hmmm not to bad I unless you Are in a targeted group

Never mind, I think the voluntary retirement may be a wash, probably people close to retirement take it, so they might not save much in salary. I am starting to think the voluntary retirement is for show and the real savings will come in the next wave, where people are forced out. My point is that isn’t too bad for the employees, unless you are one of the unfortunate getting cut. It’s a shame they have to do this, don’t think it’s necessary and don’t agree with it.
