I've had a few interviews with other companies over the past month or so. It seems the average pay here in the Alabama/Louisiana area is $9,000-$10,000 less than what Nestle has been paying. That's a major drop for me. I'll be staying to the end to get severance and bonus. At least that will supplement the gap. These types of jobs will be available come December anyway, no need to jump ship now. Our job is about to get a lot easier in the next couple weeks.

At least you won't have Nestle stress and maybe work normal hours and have hidsys off
