Any Managers from South Carolina do you know the minimum pay grade for store Managers in your state? I am thinking of moving down south.

That depends. Inland salary varies from Columbia from the beach from Charleston. On the coast you’re looking over $50k, inland you could be severely less.
If you transfer down unless you’re over $26-30/hr you’re not gonna get an adjustment (unless your DL is a dirtbag)
