Hock Tan laid off 6,000 people - around 2,000 divested to PE and Indian Firms and around 3,000 remaining with Broadcom.
The deal will go through.... And if for any reason it doesn’t - Symantec will be forced to layoff 1,000’s of people... Hope it works out for everyone.
