Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

The Associates are expendable liabilities,particularly when they get ill or have family problems.No doctors notes expected they have posted at the time clock if you are sick come to work and see a manager before going to work WTF.And even more bizarre if a member of your family sick as wife children even d—beat uncle Joe can collect your sick leave and you cant touch a Penney for yourself.Our personal people say attendance is the reason most people get fired.They really don't give a dam about anything but money I have never seen a place with such high turnover rate some over a 100% and some may not know how if could be over a 100% don't take much brain power to figure that one out.Associates,And all levels of management quit,fired,replaced with any flunkies that come along,Mr manager Big boy If you think you have a secure job with walmart you are indeed traveling traveling with a caravan of fools.I have seen a lot go from titches to rags.I understand the ASM's will be replaced with team leads as well as Dep managers.This was the road Kmart was taking before many of there stores closed.The higher you are on the ladder the harder you will fall.Don't mater how rich a company or person is it's not the money,profit that puts them under it's the liabilities and bad management that lives in a walmart near you and the home office
