No surprise! The end of June was the end of the fiscal year for CDK. The Earnings Call was the following week and was more BS by Brian K. Reviews just happened and CDK employees are about to be screwed out of there bonuses again. The Titanic has a better chance of staying afloat than CDK. Oh, Yeah.....I forgot. Duh!

Regarding CDK / Seattle
Will the last person to leave - Please turn off the lights.
Merit discussions aren't even scheduled until next week. I was told the system isn't updated yet. How do you both know you got a 10% raise?
I too just got a 10% raise. Must be something management is doing to keep its remaining workforce...
Or management’s favorite boy...
10 percent? LOL. You must have been really underpaid
if you received a 10% raise you were seriously underpaid... that's not a good sign.
10% raise here =)!!
Well dang. Why not just lay us off already, then?
Will say so far was scored with all 4s and only one 3, whole team got that though
that is true about the yearly reviews. my manager told me month ago she was going to score me an exceeds expectation, then in my actual review apologizes and says upper mgmt told to only score me a meets.
Management told to go back and provide a lower yearly review score if they scored their team too high.
Regarding Seattle, there can't be much left. They were down to <2 floors from 4 floors only a couple years ago at 5th Ave S. The dev talent escaped over the last 2 or 3 years. Offshoring and outsourcing seemed to be the beginning (and ending) of the end for the DM group.
And GM requiring CDK to move to a new datacenter, followed not much later with a "no more CDK exclusive".
Plus the "no way AWS!", then "of course, yes, AWS!", then after migrating to AWS, "nope. not doing AWS. move it back."
Quite a roller-coaster ride in Seattle for the last 3 or 4 years.
Could someone share where the layoffs were?
Anyone know if our bonuses will be screwed again?
Expect a whole boatload of layoffs in Seattle. They need to get their costs down to make the margins look better as they try to find a buyer for the digital business. I would expect most of product and a good portion of engineering will go. Anything not directly customer facing or keeping the lights on will be cut.
It's easier to find a job when you have one than when you don't. Start looking.
