I meet with clients regularly. They all have that same blank stare.....like..."wtf planet are you guys from?" "We don't want all this stuff! Just plug and play"
I wonder how many management people ever worked in a client facing role at ADP? Maybe they were all hatched in a lab.
It's gonna be damn near impossible for Carlos to sit at the cool kids table when his bald head looks like the end of a male member! He needs to grow up and quit being the selfish child that wants the entire world to revolve around him and if they don't he lays the off under the pretense of what the phrase of the day becomes to justify his poor leadership decisions. ADP has become a toxic place to spend any amount of ones day much less trust that it won't turn on you as it has so many much more qualified, proven, knowledgeable people who just happened to be there loyally for a long time.
Along the lines of Dustin Hoffman's famous "Kmart s—s" line: "ADP s—s".
Well Carlos motto is, "we are a technology company, not a service company". Tha may not be exact but it tells you the mind set of the senior leadership. Carlos wants to sit at the cool kids table and stodgy old payroll processing doesn't do it for him.
The people Developing the forward facing products lack the business knowledge to even understand what takes place behind the scene and the business rules involved that provide the net results of the fields in those pretty wireframes they wrap in nonsense IMHO
I couldn’t agree more. The lack of client focus ( they are the ones that pay our bills!) is very disheartening.
I get you need to keep improving but we are not Google or Facebook. Our core business is to ensure employees get paid !!
