Hope HR asks justification from him and inquire why Sr engineers working for Juniper since the last 5-10yrs left all of sudden.
Due to one individual Juniper is compromising its quality of support for its premium customers

One is going to microsoft, another to cisco
If 3 of them went to Amazon, where did the other 12 go?
Were they fired or did they transition into another company before then?
I know 3 of them, they went to Amazon.
I don't think 15 engineers would volunteeringly leave together en masse unless they have been poached.
The other scenario is that they were fired. If they're quality engineers, they'll get much better jobs elsewhere.
The brain drain continues...
The voluntary brain drain (non-riff) has been huge at Juniper!
Most everyone I know who has left has landed several rungs higher.
is this the PDT team or different? That was a pretty good team when I was around.
Some really good guys left, what a loss and brain drain for Juniper.
