Scratching my head as to why we have 2 ops mgrs in the Eagle Ford. Maybe this area is managed different than ours, if we need to trim some fat this may be a starting point.

We haven’t had “an” ops mgr in over a year..
We do have “DL’s friend” though.
What another bad Anadarko hire? No way!
Clearly, one of them is delusional and needs to have a babysitter to prevent the self destruction of the great cultural movement. Hard to believe an ops mgr can provide no better value but to scrutinize each employee's vehicle tires in a parking lot. DL needs to take the anadarko blinders down, and let him go.
We have been asking ourselves that very same question. One is an absentee manger while the other is walking the halls gossiping and keeping the pot stirred, doing who knows what besides what he is supposed to be doing. He has been focusing his attentions in the Land department as of recent. What a joke (stay in your lane)
