Both RI and CT helpdesk sites are being eliminated. Mostly replaced by Phillipines hires.

RI and CT helpdesks along with all non-MN telecommuters. Approximately 120 employees being let go so their positions can be filled in the Philippines. This is only the beginning, all US helpdesk and tech support employees will eventually be notified.
