All this negativity and that release says we're doing great. We're turning around a corner so let's stop the negativity

What a joke.
The way you are asked to hit numbers has a lot to do with negativity. Servant leadership? RAC doesn't live up to its mission statement, those great numbers will be short lived because they beat down the coworkers and especially the CUSTOMERS. Not mention those numbers are all due to mergers, closures, service center closure etc. Wait until next year when they are up against real numbers on same store sales.
