I cannot beleive that they allow consistent, incompetent managers to lead our inside struggle. Change will bring new life. Get it going sooner than later.

You must be new. This is standard practice for the inside. The layers of mgmt gets more out of focus as you move from ASM to Dir to Vp. You could move up fast if you have no qualifications, education or heart.
They are also holding onto the floating debris of the shipwreck!

Really? Change as in "let's go sit in in those other deck chairs as the Titanic/Staples cruises into oblivion?" It is a lost cause and no matter who you get they will not revive the business. I do agree it would be nice to see those 2 parasites canned sooner rather than later.
