How long after someone transfers will they have access to OneWire?

How do you find out what your user ID is? I can't even clock in or out at my new store. The managers don't know why and personnel is gone. The new person hasn't started yet.
What about on onewire from your phone? Does that take longer to access? Did my transfer yesterday afternoon and cannot get on the site.
When I transferred I could get on the wire is soon as they put me in their system . They had to put my user name and my ID in the day I was there and got on right away.
Should be able to access the first week. Keep in mind, you user ID might be different, but password is the same.
