Renton, WA and Former loyal customer. This place treats their employees badly (according to various friend who have worked here) and then that experience is passed onto the customer.
I was lied to about the number of RAM slots on the mobo inside a pre-built desktop. Only two slots, not the 4 I was told. Came back the very next business day with all the parts with my receipt in hand, hoping I could get a refund if not exchange it for a different model, and was very rudely told to stop wasting their time by an employee because I was missing one of the plain, cardboard boxes that came inside. $1400 down the drain for a machine I can't even upgrade properly.
Good riddance to this business model, they earned the burnout.
