Take a number and stand in line? The only time an HR lawsuit makes it to the courts is if there is substantial evidence that some form of discrimination or abuse has occurred. Getting laid-off is snooze news.

The best employment attorney in OKC is Dewey, Cheatum and Howe.

Don’t worry, good doctor, you were fired for cause. you f-in big data fraud. I almost threw up in my mouth that day I saw you on stage at the town hall. You are worthless and unnecessary to an oil company.

As a former long-time employee, my suggestion to you is go work someplace else where you can restore your dignity and self-worth. It’s not worth fighting an entity that would replace you tomorrow if you dropped dead today. Believe it or not, there are actual employers out there who are hiring AND care about their workers. I was shocked when I discovered that after leaving that DVN environment. Life is too short to work for a company that s—s away your spirit. Go do something meaningful while you still have time!

What have they done that is illegal? Violation of warn act? Targeting of senior citizens in lay-offs? Raised the prices of food in nebu? Eliminated the 3pm gelato break? Come on. Bust out your pocket book cause no attorney is going to take on Devon pro bono
