Right now it's a us vs them mentality. Everyone at my depot is not getting along. Alot of finger pointing and blaming going on. There has been at least 1 call in a day and we are short handed due to people being on leave for there kids being born. We have a worker who got stuck at the border for not having the right paper work. It's been a big mess and I can't wait for it too end. I've been working 6 days a week basically and I don't see it slowing down anytime soon. Like a smart man once said it is what is it all you can do is try. Hopefully thsee fools can figure things out at Mcdonalds and walmart. 15 year vet here and I will not miss this job as all.

Sounds like some districts are unraveling, or maybe never right to begin with. Seems like the bigger ones with more moving parts and different age groups and tenure struggle the most. All you can control is how you conduct your own actions and speak. Leave with your on dignity with your head held high, even if no one on your team or company notices , it will serve you well in your future, as someone who has been in dsd over 30 yrs, ive learned dont burn your bridges... you may run into them later in in future work situations, good luck
