My district has the right amount of help still. We are doing well. I just want to hear how everyone is doing. Our team is great and we all still get alone. Yes the big lay-off s—s but we still have a very positive team.

it will be over soon enough. there are some depots with no one left and space has been given to competitors because the accounts cant order it through their warehouse yet nestle knew this was going to happen they will have a big tax write off this year. if you were not vested enough there was no reason to stay. dont feel bad for not having loyalty to a company that treats u as a number.
Things have been falling apart since the announcement. Many have quit a month or so in, have lost help on several big accounts causing for many of us to work 6 days minimum. Dsl’s have been trying to accommodate for these mishaps but just not enough people. Everyone is ready for this to be over.
Things are great in our district aside from we haven’t seen our DSL since the announcement. To my knowledge not 1 person opted for early opt out. Everyone is getting along but like everyone else we are wanting transparency.
