100% commission payout?

I thought starting today was supposed to be the 100 percent commission payout because this is the paycheck starting from 7/15.

it’s not that they are losing money, they paid for anything below 85% of market, some of our district was making 90%. They made it seem like they should be getting that 10% more in our paycheck is all I believe some of the others were concerned about, a few hundred dollars would be nice for some people I believe.

Either we have a lot of simole minded people here that cant get it no matter how many times and people explain it to them or they are lying. Stores just started dropping pizza a couple days ago in certain chains around the country, so how could pay have dropped? If your current check is low its because you had a slow ad week or something. There will still be some people asking after they get there 60 day notice how long til their last day, sheesh!!!

It doesn’t matter if you lost an account or not. Everyone gets market target starting July 15. It was clearly stated that this check may not reflect market target if not reached but the following check will adjust(+) accordingly.

Unless you have a brand new big account on your route, you will almost be guaranteed to never exceed market target.

Starting last week the priority is to get product to the customers’ warehouses. Sans all the cuts to us.

It doesn’t matter how we end. It matters how the new process starts at this point.

they sent emails out save them. i was told paid 100%of mkt target. 40 hrs paid to full time merch. and 45 hours to route reliefs. starting the 15th . but if u have not lost any stores yet to piza or ice cream its probably just paid out as normal.

They only reimburse if you drop below your target. If you're still pulling above or at plan you just gotta eat it basically.

I talked to my asl about my check being so small due to accounts dropping off. I asked if I will get back paid. He told me it’s not looking good. He said higher ups don’t plan on covering lost wages due to the 40% retention bonus. As soon as I find a new job I’m out the door.

Amazing how they have your current check and future checks all messed up when it hasn’t really taken effect yet. Just keep track of your hours and you should be fine. Rsr and psr has nothing to do with hours. If you dont now what the term (market target) by now your in trouble

We were told they will " catch you up " on your next check. But try and hold them to it. I guess it's to hard for them to figure out if you don't work 45 that they need to make up the difference. Or if your an rsr they can't see that you missed your market Target in time to pay you what they said they would.

Do rsr get the 45 hours along with the commission?

They will adjust your check on the next pay period if u dropped below the min on current check, if stores start dropping off

Once you start losing customers starting this month that's when the adjustments will start
