Just received an email about the status of the MB's. There are currently only two MB's running, earlier this year there was 7-9 running at a time.
Guess either we stopped paying Bain or Bain decided we were a lost cause. Chances are we stopped paying as I heard something similar from an SVP a few weeks ago.
Looks like you can't fix a broken machine if you don't replace the biggest broken parts....cough cough EVP+ cough cough.
New ones are starting this month.
One micro battle just requires tech to go to web site in fill in a question sheet on why you are returning a ticket. To some One who doesn't know anything about the job.

I would just like to explain to that poor gentleman who thinks he's a coach for Frontier. The employees in the field have never been the issue. The management who is never done this job have a clue how to do this job has put up more roadblocks stopped more progress and hindered the future of this company. Every improvement they have implemented has added more wasted time in the field. Every order is wrong. They ate so smart they could not get internet to their desk in a CO. Senior leadership and people who do not know what to do in management is the issue, not the IBEW.

Well, now I know why Frontier isn’t doing any good. If we have coaches writing like you, then we are screwed.
You people don’t know what you is talking about. For your infermation, Bain doesn’t get paid unless they make us a proffitable company. Guess what? They didn’t make us proffitable so they don’t get squat. I is a coach at Frontier and I have infermation that others don’t. As soon as we get more venders and get rid of the IBEW, then we is proffitable again. This is simple math but you people is to ignarant to ad it up.

Correct, Bain &Co has ended it's consulting on 6/25/2019... What's unknown is the cost to Bain. One of our SVP was a partner there just before getting hired onto Frontier, coincidence??
