Thread regarding Nestle layoffs

Lead by example

Our asl has pretty much been straight foward with us since the beginning. He knows that we have to make the best decision for our families moving foward. He currently is on vaction and has encouraged us to use all our pto and sick hours. He also has stirred us away from the rapid response team. If you are told to go to another town to help you have no choice but to say yes. It will be held against you with your bonus. With that being said there is no hiding on what the outcome is going to be for everyone. We where also told we have yell November at the latest. So good luck everyone and not all asl are bad.

I am amazed at how many people continue to use their PTO. The company must pay you what you have accrued. You are about to get the ultimate vacation in two months. Save it up , take the money to pay your bills while you look for a new job.

Yeah-I wish we had cool dsl’s that were honest but unfortunately they treat you like mushrooms and keep you in the dark. Smiling through their teeth at you with a business as usual attitude.
You have to find websites like this to get information.....

Fyi, you do get paid for any unused accrued pto not used when you are let go. You dont have to burn it all if you want to save it when looking for another job.
