Exactly... Stress Leave (Disability) pays more than RR Unemployment.
Go out on stress leave before you get furloughed!

Maintaining your infrastructure is apart if business. Failing to do so comes with consequences, as time will show.
The hump yards will be gone. Look at Hinkle over 300 Mechanical employees were furloughed. Union Pacific is not in business to maintain there fleet locomotives and car.
I have heard the hump will be flat switched. Sounds like territory changes in engineering as well.
