Why? Pfizer will be a lean company. Mylan needs to realize cost savings from deal.

They expect 1 billion savings a year in synergies to be realized with this deal. Whether it is Mylan facilities or Pfizer facilities, jobs will be eliminated, that is how it works. 1 billion a year = 10,000 positions @ $100,000.
Will Morgantown shut down by end of year 2019 or mid 2020? Wonder what will happen to newly acquired plants in Texas?
