What changes do you guys think are being implemented immediately ?

There has been long speculation also of removing duplication of trade supervision as there is in carpentry and painting depts. Those are the only trades with two supervisors.
In Tampa (my prediction, no inside info)
Park Operations -full time Team Members and Supervisory Staff
Zoo -full time Team Members.
Merchandise -training staff, full time supervisors
Culinary- full time supervisors
- Zoo staffing and animal variety reduction
- FT reorganization and reposted as PT
- Reduction of FT positions is non or “less” skilled positions s— as landscaping,water quality,security,etc....
- Reduction/replacement of higher paid (longer term) management
