it means that alan c-ap has been doing a c-ap job for the last 10 years but now it's catching up to him. People are tiring of losing money in Williams stock. He has been able to blame it on the commodity price environment, e.g. low gas and oil prices discourage producers from drilling resulting less volume flows in G&P facilities. His focus on overpaying for midstream assets did not pay off and investors are seeing through his BS of how it's not his fault, he's doing all he can do. Re-org is another lame attempt at keeping his house of cards up and collecting his $10MM paycheck.
