Does anyone else feel like this is just a monument to poor decision making? The employees are pressured into cost savings, while the execs waste more money on a building that will be half empty. Why not just renovate what we have? Plenty of space now...

It makes sense only if they want to merge with someone local or get bought by someone who wants a large North Texas office
I don’t know about you but I cannot wait to try out my new Icelandic Walmart inspired furniture. We also get DUAL 10” monitors! DUAL!
It's not surprising. They just did that exact thing in Midland a few years ago.
