Are we getting raises? Have performance reviews started?

@10eGWbHw-2aox does that include Accent(72nd & Mercy)? Or just cuts at the main west building?
Was told Friday my someone in upper management in Omaha HQ that raises will not be happening this year. Pay For Performance reviews will be used for more layoffs and cuts across Omaha because of moving most jobs to Manila. They want to cut at least 100 people in Omaha so moving people to one building.
The only pay increases will those of directors and up. Stay and standard bonuses will not be missed as they will tell the common workers “hold for next year but keep working hard”. The longer they wait, then comes “prorated options” as they won’t honor any back pay.
I heard reviews are supposed to be complete by august 10th.
No definitive on raises. Last year it was 7/30. Most reviews have been completed.
