I left the organization this week. Best decision I’ve ever made, hands down. The only reason the grass is greener in CDK is because it’s fertilized with bullsh!t.
Does 'dispersed' mean that the pieces get sold separately as (1) Digital Marketing, (2) Kerridge, (3) the server cloud, (4) the support org, and (5) R&D?
While I certainly understand the sentiment, do you have specific knowledge of an imminent liquidation that you can share? My outlook on CDK is poor but if there is a big event coming up it would be good to know.
