Has anyone heard the same thing we did that who ever apply for the team lead they have to do a round table

They already know who they want
We were told on the 29th, that we have to chosen to go to the round table interview, that it was up to are management team on who goes to those interviews, all manger in the store get together and select the people they want to go !!!!
Yes, we were told it will be a panel interview just like the People Lead interviews were. Good luck everyone!
Assistant managers are going away. They will have to apply for new title. Whoever is left gets bought out.
Dose anyone know for a fact that there will be panel interviews for asm.
