Customers and Employees alike are suffering greatly at the hands of the VP of Process Improvement. Time and Time again the lack of foresight, planning, and poor execution as been evident to many, however mamages to keep this position. A post calling out the former IT CIO by name for being in cahoots with the outsourcing company also got yanked. I feel like the execs google this stuff and whine to site admins if they feel “defamed.”
