The pay structure Nestle put in place set them up to be used and abused by its employees like the DD below putting 60 hours a week. Is it right for him to lie about hours? No, but I don't blame him. One of my DA's will pull up to every store and just sit in his truck for 20-30mins before pulling off the load, it drives me crazy but that is what Nestle promotes with its pay. Is it right that PSR A makes way more money racking up VROT because they are old and slow and take 12-14hrs/day to get their work done when PSR B can get the same amount of work done in 8-10hrs/day? What's the benefit for PSR B? Several hundred dollars less per paycheck to do the same amount of work. Woohoo! I get the point of OT but it should have been ditched a long time ago and something else worked out. Nestle would have saved a truckload of money on people abusing the OT across the country, all the while promoting and rewarding people who actually learned how to get the work done efficiently. Rather than rewarding the people who d!ck around all day taking 12hrs to merch 3 stores.

To the DD ( or DA?) getting 60 hrs from his couch. Wants the diff between a shoplifter and you? Nothing, a thief is a thief. Hope you put that on your next job application. Wonder why nestle failed, lotta thieves and lazy workers.. not all. Good luck to those who did an (honest) days work. For all the thieves and slackers, karma baby

Crazy all these class action suit people, for one, nestle isn’t breaking any laws, they have better lawyers than u could ever get, dont u think they had lawyers check everything out before they put in place? Also if u sign the severance package( which if u want the money u will) It releases nestle from all further legal liability. Just research what signing a severance letter entails.

My DSL has been no help for understanding this. My paycheck coming this Friday is 300 bucks lower than my lowest paycheck ever since I have worked here (3+years). I use to be 30 or 40 percent above my sales goal making great money and now I could make more doing almost anything else.

Yes, they should up your pay to your market target divided by 52, , not counting mileage if your psr. Where so many get confused is that they expect to see the bump on very next check, it shows up on the following one, so basically 4 weeks later. Keep you commission statements and check nespay to make sure your reimbursed. They pay bump will not show up on commission statement, it shows on pay stub under personal pay. Hope that helps. Amazing how so many dont have a dsl or HR that can explain properly.

I’m commission and am wondering how the minimum is calculated. Mine also seems a few hundred below what I was expecting. Route target divided by 52 weeks?
