Please don't start rumors you can not substantiate. It only leads to unnecessary anxiety and confusion.
I’m not sure if you’ve all seen the all the SEO fueled fake investor blogs pop out of no where. All stating how the company is still a great stock, buy now, etc. Please always check your sources and review “whose” placing this content into the public domain. 2U isn’t a safe stock and no matter what anyone says a public company will be responsible to its stakeholders. Review Motley Fool, Bloomberg, or Morningstar and see what REAL STOCK ANALYST are saying. Continue to search for REAL CONTENT and click the links to optimize truth. Further, tell your friends and family to do the same. If this “wasn’t” fueled by the stock price, the company could have hired a consulting company to train the managers to become more managerial. Then fire once those objectives weren’t met. Just stay woke and make sure your friends and family do the same. Write reviews on sites other than Glassdoor. There are a ton out there and honestly, people are smarter than 2U is accounting for. Fake news is predatory and I hope no one falls into its trap. Good Luck!
There was a meeting today with placement and higher-ups didn't say there WOULDN'T be layoffs. Like they wouldn't answer the question. Please please get out while you can

I heard from someone close to Chip that Wall Street is pressuring them to get their labor costs in line. Layoffs are what they are eyeing without spooking everyone (or investors) by doing it all at once.
HR sees 500 views on a thread in seven hours and they know what they need to monitor and what message they need to control. you will see only positive stuff here.
Also, HR is actively monitoring this board, they know we are congregating here.
It'll be like Glassdoor where only rosy and optimistic posts are allowed.
