Eddie has had a plan for a very long time. As of late, SHOS owners are being squeezed out with lack of product, Bankruptcy news of SHC, and the public’s perception that ALL Sears stores are going away. SHOS no can no longer order Craftsman tractors and mowers, water heaters, water softeners, brand name vacuums, appliances out of stock, loss of the Bosch brand, Kenmore freezers are MIA, the list goes on. There has been no corrective action by SHOS leadership, which leads all to believe they don’t care, they don’t care that SHOS owners are trying to keep their heads above water. Sad, sad, sad!!!

Suppliers can break or make a company. Suppliers are running away from Eddie. I don't blame them. He can't be trusted to do the right thing.
This was an intentional squeeze to lower share prices so the merger would be cheaper and make it an unattractive purchase for anyone else. The merger doesn’t finalize until Oct. 10th or something. Don’t expect any merchandise until after that. Eddie would never risk anything that would jeopardize him paying as little as possible for hometown. Once the merger finalizes then he will send merchandise, it’ll be passed off as supplier delays or some such so he won’t get sued.
Sounds like my Sears Hometown. It’s looking as stock free as a mainline Sears (when they were in my area)
