Someone I know who left Altice a month ago had reported that the Newark Call Center had only around 25 reps with many Call Center Supervisors either terminated or left with a package. It's rumored that Altice USA will shutdown the Newark Call Center permanently shutdown soon.

As a former Altice USA employee I recall there being around 120 reps in that location by the time I left over a year. That's insane.
That must be why it takes 2 hours to get a rep there.funny their the only ones who can straighten out the issue that tech mobility cannot....
Hey, What happened to the Godzilla post?
That was pretty funny?
The contract with the state will be up soon & if you don’t have a CBA, then your as good as gone. Sad, but true.
This should help the rumors https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Altice_Dominicana_S.A.
Truth not rumors whenever the contracts end with the state expect all call centers to be outsourced to Florida and elsewhere.

Clearly if its "Rumored" then without question its 100% true!
I guess its time to start panicking and do 1 of 2 things. Either:
1) Jump into a fiery volcano or off a bridge or into the Grand Canyon and end your life cause this is truly the end
OR
2) Join the Union! They will come swooping in like the justice league. A group of super human men who will not only save your job and improve you life, But rescue the entire planet from destruction
